Nancy Burke has been managing the Kingsway Living St. Lawrence home since May 2016.
Nancy has been employed within the personal care home industry since May 1999, however taking a leave during 2007. During this time she furthered her studies, enrolling in college and successfully completing the Personal Care Attendant program. She returned to the home in 2013 to accept a permanent position.
In 2016 Nancy accepted the Manager position, which has proven to be a rewarding career choice, it warms her heart to receive thank-you cards and gifts from resident family just being herself. Nancy finds fulfilment knowing she has had a positive impact on someone’s loved one.
In Nancy's spare time you'll find her spending quality time with family & friends, on the trails in her Ski-Doo, bike riding, and relaxing at the cabin.
Weekly doctor visits for in-home appointments in our specialised doctor’s office. Bloodwork can also be completed here.
We have a beautician come to our home weekly to do hair for residents.
